How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 5–7 working days across India. Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
How do I place a custom order?
Add the product to cart and upload your photo during checkout, or WhatsApp us your photo after ordering.
What materials do you use?
We use premium PLA material with fade and water resistant finish for all our 3D printed products.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since products are custom made, we don't accept returns. Manufacturing defects will be replaced free of cost within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check your order status in your account page.
Is free shipping available?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499 across India.
